The company developed the proprietary AIVS™ (AI Visibility Score) framework, measuring brand visibility in AI search engines - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews - on a 0-100 scale. As part of the AIVS™ Index Q1 2026, over 400 Polish companies across 5 sectors were analyzed. The average score was 41.4/100, and no company reached the "Good" level (75+). AIVS monitors 14 AI crawlers and tests visibility across 5 AI platforms. What we discovered analyzing 400+ companies
4 AI visibility archetypes
We identified 4 patterns: Invisible Giant (large company, AI doesn't see it), Organic Leader (strong in both Google and AI), AI-Native (consciously optimized) and Closed Fortress (blocks everything). Most Polish companies are Closed Fortresses.
Triple Barrier Model™
Three barriers block visibility simultaneously: Access (robots.txt blocks AI crawlers), Content (no expert content to cite) and Authority (no mentions in AI sources). Fixing just one is not enough.
The ChatGPT Paradox
ChatGPT knows the brand from training data, but when a user asks about a product - AI uses web search. If the site blocks GPTBot, AI recommends competitors. The company exists in AI's memory but not in its responses.
